    As the mother of 2 sporty boys, I don’t get much free time but if I get the odd hour to myself, I like to escape to go for a run & have only recently given up playing netball due to a knee injury.

    My name is Gill Parker and I started working for Lawyers Medical Agency in March 2013 as a Medical Claim Handler.

    My job at entails dealing with both solicitors and experts to co-ordinate the medical side of the personal injury claim.  This includes liaising with both solicitors, clients and experts to arrange medical appointments and collate reports from experts, making sure the experts have all the necessary medical notes to enable them to complete their report.

    We also arrange  treatments for clients when this is required, eg. Xrays MRI scans, CBT treatments etc.

    We do our best to make sure the clients claim progresses as smoothly as possible from instruction to settlement.

    It is a very busy, interesting job and no two days are ever the same.
